If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, we will do our best to alert you to changes by placing a notice on the Finlig website and mobile application, by sending you an email and/or by some other means legally acceptable. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the service and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. 
    3. You understand and agree that the use of the information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect and/or force. If you use the Service after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all the changes made therein.

    1. We collect your personal data in order to provide and continually improve our products and services. Finlig also uses Google Digital Marketing to propose targeted offers.

      1. Sale of products and services: In order to deliver your products and services purchased on our platform from third parties, we may be required to provide your personal data to such third parties.

Example include fulfilling orders for products or services, processing, delivering packages, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing payments, transmitting content, assessing and managing credit risk, and providing customer service(s).

    2. You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data that we have collected from you. This right is however, subject to certain exceptions: for example, we may need to retain your Personal Data to provide you with the service or complete a transaction or other action you had requested. We may also retain same if we are required to do so by law or government authorized agent or a competent court of law. We may also refuse to delete your data if under the circumstances it shall be reasonable for us to so deny such request of deletion. If your deletion request is subject to one of these exceptions, we may deny your deletion request.

Please note that to exercise the rights described above, you must send us a request that provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Data and you must describe your request in sufficient detail to allow us understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered a valid request. We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria.     4. We will work to respond to your valid request within 45 days of receipt. We will not charge you a fee for making a valid request unless your valid request(s) is excessive, incurs a cost, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that your valid request warrants a fee, we will notify you of the fee and explain that decision before completing your request.

    7. Please note that as represented in our Terms and Conditions, we do not collect or knowingly collect, or solicit Personal Data from children or persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are a child or a person under eighteen (18) years of age, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use our service or send us any Personal Data. If it comes to our knowledge that we have collected Personal Data from a child or a person under eighteen (18) years, we shall delete that information as quickly as possible.
