About This Privacy Policy
1. This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we collect when you access or use our service(s). “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules, or regulations. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we don’t own or control or people we don’t manage. This Privacy Policy mainly relates to and provides information on how Finlig collects and processes your personal data when you visit our website and other platforms.
2. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time as laws, regulations, and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or we may make changes to our service(s) or business, at any time such changes are made, we shall post the changes to this page and we encourage you to continually peruse our Privacy Policy in order to stay informed. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, we will do our best to alert you to changes by placing a notice on the Finlig website and mobile application, by sending you an email and/or by some other means legally acceptable. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the service and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. 
3. You understand and agree that the use of the information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect and/or force. If you use the Service after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all the changes made therein.

Type of Data Collected and Usage
1. We collect your personal data in order to provide and continually improve our products and services. We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you for marketing and personal data optimization purposes. Finlig also uses Google Digital Marketing to propose targeted offers.
2. We also receive and store the information you provide to us including your identity data, contact data, delivery address, and financial data.
3. When you use our social commerce platform, we may store the information you enter therein without your permission.
4. We may automatically collect and store certain types of information regarding your use of Finlig platform including information about your searches, views, downloads, and purchases.

  1. Sale of products and services: In order to deliver your products and services purchased on our platform from third parties, we may be required to provide your personal data to such third parties.
  2. Working with third parties service providers: We engage third parties to perform certain functions on our behalf. Example include fulfilling orders for products or services, processing, delivering packages, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing payments, transmitting content, assessing and managing credit risk, and providing customer service(s).
  3. Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or may transfer your data together with other business assets.

Your Rights
1. You have the right to request more information about the Personal Data we hold about you and request a copy of such Personal Data by contacting us through the channel(s) provided hereunder.
2. You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data that we have collected from you. This right is however, subject to certain exceptions: for example, we may need to retain your Personal Data to provide you with the service or complete a transaction or other action you had requested. We may also retain same if we are required to do so by law or government authorized agent or a competent court of law. We may also refuse to delete your data if under the circumstances it shall be reasonable for us to so deny such request of deletion. If your deletion request is subject to one of these exceptions, we may deny your deletion request.
3. Please note that to exercise the rights described above, you must send us a request that provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Data and you must describe your request in sufficient detail to allow us understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered a valid request. We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria. We will only use Personal Data provided in a valid request to verify you and complete your request.
4. We will work to respond to your valid request within 45 days of receipt. We will not charge you a fee for making a valid request unless your valid request(s) is excessive, incurs a cost, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that your valid request warrants a fee, we will notify you of the fee and explain that decision before completing your request.

1. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. We seek to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, organizational, and administrative security measures based on the type of Personal Data and how we are processing that data.

Therefore, Finlig cannot guarantee that Personal Data during transmission through the internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others. Be that as it may, we will continually put measures in place to ensure the safeguard of your data.
7. Please note that as represented in our Terms and Conditions, we do not collect or knowingly collect, or solicit Personal Data from children or persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are a child or a person under eighteen (18) years of age, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use our service or send us any Personal Data. If it comes to our knowledge that we have collected Personal Data from a child or a person under eighteen (18) years, we shall delete that information as quickly as possible.
